Order Processing
Once your order has been placed it will take close to 3-5 business days to prepare your order. Large sales events such as Christmas Holiday Season Sales may take longer. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been sent. Thank you for being patient through the process.
Order Errors Or Damage
If an error was made in your order please email Erika at contact@erikarichards.com with the name that was placed with the order and the order number. We want to correct our mistakes! If your order was damaged in delivery please include images of the damage so Erika can file a claim ASAP.
Order Changes
Once your order is placed changes cannot be made. Erika goes to work on order fulfillment right away. Please double check the shipping address is correct before you submit your order.
Order Exchanges
Erika does not accept returns or exchanges with prints or originals. If there is a problem with your order please send her an email: contact@erikarichards.com.
